The air-conditioned dining area in the central courtyard is dedicated to large gatherings. Adorned with chandeliers and featuring a beautiful Italian dining table that seats up to 12 guests, this space is perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. Villa Viola offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with all amenities, along with an outside wet/Thai kitchen for cooking exotic dishes.
The villa features two large patios with covered seating and dining areas, as well as a bar overlooking the pool and golf course. Motorized drop-roll see-through screen curtains allow you to control the sunlight or rain as you wish.
Private Chef services for Thai, Western, Indian and Bar B Q meals and celebratory dinners are available on prior notice of 5 days . Guests can make their own menus with villa staff doing the purchase of all food ingredients on guest account with a service charge of 15 % on actual cost against receipts. Alternatively the guests can choose not to worry on deciding the menu and food purchases and instead select a menu from our range of multiple exquisitely crafted menus for Thai , Western. Indian and Bar B Q cuisine with our Private Chef taking care of everything either in the Grand Dining setting inside the villa or outdoor pool side Patio overlooking the golf course with a glorious Sunset. THINGS TO NOTE
Villa Viola is a residential estate within the private enclave of Laguna Resort with security services and access control 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing complete secure environment for your group and family during your villa stay.
Villa staff working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. In case special night services are required during dinner or other events additional staff charges will be applicable . Drinking water , Utility water & High speed Internet is available free of charge. Bar B Q grill is available for the guest use including Gas supply for fire start up and charcoal free of cost. Baby cot & chair are available free of charge.
Prior to guest check-in date our villa support team will set up a What's App chat group with the guests to coordinate & ease their arrival at the Villa. Guests can also use the chat group to ask any information they may require pertaining to their stay at the villa or information on Phuket. On check in the guests will be received by our Villa host who will be available to address any information about the property or assist with any aspects of their stay in Phuket.
𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁-Thai Baht 10,000 ( US$ 300 ) for stays up to 7 days. For stays up to 14 days Thai Baht 15,000 ( US 480) and for up to 29 days stays Thai Baht 25,000 ( US$ 780). Additional deposit amount may be applicable for stay beyond 29 days. Deposit is refundable and covers breaches of terms, damages, and any extra expenses incurred on behalf of guests. Payment must be made in cash in Thai Baht and can also be made in equivalent amount in USD & Euro currency.
Electricity is not included in the room rate & will be charged on actuals at 7 THB/unit(KWH) as per the Thai Government electricity rate as per the actual meter reading. Villa staff will take photos of meter reading on check in & check out and will share them with guests for record. Payment must be made in cash in Thai Baht.
Villa provides transportation for airport pick up & drop plus Car & Van hire with or without driver for the day use at extra cost. Details available on request .
Breakfast option as extensive buffet including Automatic Espresso Machine with 19 different types of coffee option is available on request. Breakfast timings are from 8 AM to 1030 AM .With prior notice full Halal or vegetarian option is available . Menu and prices are available on request.
Pets are not allowed unless specially agreed.
Smoking is permitted only outdoor in Patio, Terrace & Gazebo. No indoor smoking in the Villa . Fine- THB 5000.Durian, Drugs, and Narcotics are prohibited in the villa.
Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.Since the villa is in a residential area ,in consideration of the neighbors guests are requested not to play loud music outdoor in the Patio ,Gazebo (Sala) & on the Pool Deck.
Pool and garden maintenance is conducted twice a week.
